The Sicilian hospitality is really there ESPECIALLY if you can manage to dabble a little Italian or if you have some Italian roots in you, no matter how far back along the line!! As a Frenchman whose family is largely from down south (Cannes, Grasse, therefore my family down there is very Italian), This great feel good family tavern (that 's what 'trattoria ' means) is the closest thing to Mediterranean Europe you can get I 've seen this far in the Bay Area, at least..."
