"We were able to sit outside which was very nice. The waitress had a smile on her face and was very attentive. They brought lovely toasted bread with a delicious pistachio butter. The only thing that could have improved that was a few flakes of salt atop the butter. We then had the Foie Boom which is two buttery rolls filled with foie gras mousse served warm with a raspberry gelle which brightened up the foie. My daughter had the risotto caccio et peppe which she loved. It was well seasoned with Parmesan crisps on top. I had the squash risotto which was delicious. The risotto was well cooked. It had a swirl of barrata on top with a few drops of the raspberry purée and a few edible flowers. We drank complementary white wine. Don’t know if this is because they are only three months in, but am thankful nonetheless. The risotto portions were a bit on the small size for the price. We could have ordered one of their protein mains after the risotto but felt good about the lighter meal. A little sprinkling of flaky salt would brighten things up. And warmed plates for the risotto would be better. The chef and manager brought out our risotto and filled our wine glasses. They are really trying to make it and I hope they do. They have only been open three months. I would go back again."
