"I'm not quite sure where to begin... From the warm welcome my wife and I received to the outstanding service and delicious food that followed, our dining experience was absolutely exceptional. It's incredibly challenging to find great Italian cuisine in the Raleigh area, and finding truly authentic Italian food seems nearly impossible. However, this place exceeded our expectations and easily became our favorite restaurant after just one visit. Gaetano was the most courteous and knowledgeable waiter we've encountered in a long time. His attention to detail and his ability to infuse his own personal experiences into each dish made our meal feel incredibly special. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the experience was, and anyone longing for that authentic New York/New Jersey Italian vibe should definitely make the trip to Amalias."
