"We were excited to try this place having heard good things about the food. Unfortunately service was not good. It took forever to be seated even with a restaurant and we were constantly told by our waiter that they were so busy, even though there were several empty tables. We were not given water when seated and had to ask for it, even then we were given only half glasses full of FREE TAP WATER. I would not go back and I would not recommend. Which is unfortunate because the food was good and the value was good too. This restaurant needs to get its act together."

"A very good visit to Arte. Excellent service attention by hostess and server. The special dish of Veal Scallopini with Truffles and appetizer of Burrata with tomatoes were excellent. Best Tartufo in NYC...Very hard to get this dessert in other restaurants. Good to be back!"
