"I honestly have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. My family and I LOVE the Philly Pretzel Factory and get treats there probably much more frequently than I'd like to admit! Their pretzels are super soft, always fresh and come with great dips. I don't care for their cheese dip too much, but the rest of them are excellent. Have ordered a number of their pretzel trays from them and they are amazing. You get a TON of little rivets on those trays. And there are always coupons floating around. When I think of an inexpensive item to bring to a party, I always think a pretzel tray. For $20 (with $5 coupon) you can get a huge tray of rivets with three dips. Well worth the money in my opinion. Again, not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. I have never experienced poor or disrespectful service from these guys. Highly recommend."
