"We had made a reservation that was confirmed multiple times via text. Upon arriving and being seated, we were informed that they were out of pizza. We had hungry children with us and the thought of finding another restaurant seemed inconvenient. They should have notified guests with reservations about the broken pizza oven earlier in the day, and the hostess should have mentioned it before seating us. We observed other parties come in, only to leave their tables and walk out."
