"I ordered the BBLT. When I got back to the office with my lunch I discovered that they had put cold uncooked bacon on my sandwich. I cooked it in a microwave. The lettuce and tomatoes were sparce for what I paid for the sandwich."

"They don't tell you when they are out of ingredients so you get a half sandwich for full price and they don't add extras.I appreciate Milios for responding to this review. However, responding with a link to their website asking for a report is not a good response. When you click through it asks for details one can not provide easily three weeks later. I don't remember the exact date and time I was there now, it's been three weeks! On top of this, I have written this review after this has happened multiple times. Four times to be exact over the span of four months. It has become a common enough issue that I just won't go to this location."

"After the order, I realized that there was a bit of a star rating for this location. I thought while this is a perfect time to make a review. I'm a long-term Google reviewer and have eaten at Big Mike's in Sun prairie way before it ever was Milio's. I also went to UW Milwaukee, where the tallest naughty Jimmy John's was in the state right on the street. That means I have to say that I am very happy with the Monona of Milio. The guy on the phone immediately took my order and advised me that the delivery driver was on delivery and could be up to 40 minutes. 20 minutes later... Here Milio rolls with my order. Not only the order was fast, but it was right and the guy was very nice and I can't say a word other than great for the service. The food is why I gave it four stars as it is good, but it wasn't phenomenal, but the service was and I really appreciate the guy in the Acura coming here so fast. 40 minutes will be acceptable, but 20 minutes have made my experience so much better. I got the chicken bacon club in It was okay. I definitely order from here again and will probably do the Italian."
