"First the dining room area was a dirty hot mess with a garbage can filled to the brim, a used rotasire chicken container sitting in the area where they have the breakfast condiments. There was a lemon slice in the the soda fountain drain. We ordered soda pops and they didn't give us lids for the cups. Now, the service at the comfort foods of the deli, my husband ordered the steak dinner special, the steak meal was a hot mess, had to ask for a steak knife. The steak was **** as a butchered cow, it was tough, a sharp knife could not even cut it. My husband went back to the comfort foods deli and told them about his problems, they didn't listen because one of the cooks offered to put it back on the grill, well that doesn't fix the toughness of the steak. My husband asked if he could have a different entree in exchange of the tough steak. They had to bring in the manager, the manager said, we will give you a refund for the steak meal, no exchanges. My husband had to go to the kisosk register for his refund. He was hungry and wanted another item. He got so pertrude that he lost his appetite. Also the Market Grille took away the $5 apps at Happy Hour and their daily specials at the Hy-Vee Market Grille. They only have the sandwich of the month for their only special. The poor service and the poor quality of food are not worth these prices!"
