"It was our first time there and although we try to support local businesses, I don't see another trip in the near future. We both got a combo with pulled pork and chicken quarters but both were very dry. The pork so much that I had to douse it BBQ sauce as it was partly crunchy The sides of mac and cheese and baked beans were just OK as well. Smoked mac and cheese would be nice I do that and my beans in my smoker) and the beans tasted like Bush's. It w the d right at dinner time so not an off time or late getting remnants. We really miss Fatbacks as he had the best Q. Sorry guys just being honest. We go for BBQ all the place when out of town so have had some really good stuff to compare to."

They have introduced a new platter menu featuring roast beef served on Texas toast. Unfortunately, they were out of Texas toast that evening, but Johnny made up for it by giving us 2 free drinks and 2 free orders of fries. His decision to go above and beyond for us showed top-notch customer service. I highly recommend trying one of the new platter options. "I personally will not be returning to this restaurant. I received received order that was incorrect on Oct 14 were today is the 19. My order was incorrect. I called to talk to a manager was told it would be replaced. Apon my return they were the most rude crew I have dealt with and remained to get the order wrong a second time after arguing with .e for almost 15 minutes about the incident in which I showed them both the digital bill and the phone record from the call. This is absolutely unexceptable . You have lost my business and I hope others with think twice before deciding to spend there money with you."

"Overall, this place is top notch. $17 for a lobster roll, Bratbeef and side comb! Best bang for you Buck, who are safe, and the lobster rolls are filled with lobster not only Mayo! The shells are fully barked, although my only complaint is the bread a bit lacking in taste, but since I usually in tarter sauce its basically a non-problem. They have a number of places so it is easy to get access. Definitely worth a try!"

"The staff was friendly, though they seemed a bit nervous. The meal I had was from the grill. I wasn’t aware it came with mayonnaise or this white sauce, which didn’t look very appealing, even though the BBQ sections were good. I used a voucher, so the expense wasn’t too high. I ordered the fries from the $1 menu, and they were good. A score of four seems fair, thanks to the voucher; I wouldn’t pay the full price otherwise. You know what I mean."
