"Only my second time there and we had a terrible experience. The food was really good, but then we found two obviously black hair in my friend food and the waitress tried to tell us it was my hair (i?m a red head) when it was clear black. She argued with us for about 5 minutes and then took the plate back to the chef who then went without hair net, open toes shoes and no socks. Overall terrible experience and customer service. Not recommended."

"Years ago I had a negative experience with this restaurant. The staff were rude and the food was just okay. After revisiting Mitch's, everything has improved. The food is typically great and the staff isn't near as grouchy as before. My only gripe is that the phone is ALWAYS busy so you need to call in your order before the lunch rush."
