"I have been eating at Sam's Hofbrau Restaurant since 2009. I probably visited more than 100 times and each time except for one I ordered Open-faced Hot Turkey Sandwich. One exception is I had the Prime Rib Dinner. The Prime Rib Dinner was exceptional. Before the remodel, the Open-faced Hot Turkey sandwich was served with mashed potatoes and a Yellow Turkey Gravy. After the remodel, the Open-faced Hot Turkey Sandwich is now served with some form of White Gravy that in my experience of seventy-three years is not Turkey Gravy. The White Gravy tasted like flour and was pasty which totally ruined the meal. Sam's Hofbrau is no longer a Restaurant Of Choice for me because of this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."
