"Update: our orders were delivered many minutes apart at the Warrensburg Spin. I love Spin Pizza. I used to go at least once a week to the Lee's Summit location. They make my favorite pizza, sausage and apple. My least favorite location is Warrensburg. Tonight, a group of for of us meet there. We all ordered with the same take number. The person who ordered last got his food first. Ten min later the first person to order got her food. Thirty min later the final two of the four were still waiting … – show"

"Food tasted great but… it’s January and they had flies flying around the dining room. Why are there flies in the middle of winter in a restaurant? A cold winter at that… something unsanitary is happening in that building. Gross!!! Super disappointing since we typically live Spin pizza."
"I definitely would not go here if it's again.. 40 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. Girl literally walked away and left a full line standing there and everyone in line was ignored for 40 minutes. No manager could even come up to explain to the customers waiting. Asked for the person in charge and no one would come up.. usually a go to spot but holly hell never again if it's close to full they had no clue how to handle it."
"I've now given them 2 chances. Each time they have messed up the pizza order in some way. A fairly standard pizza place that tries to be fancier than they really are. This last time I ordered a margarita pizza without their SPIN! blend (its like 3 types of cheeses) of cheese and only fresh mozarella for the cheese (like a true margarita pizza should be). "The service was decent, we came at a time when it was pretty busy, and they got our food to us rather quickly. The waitstaff was a little odd, however. No one was unfriendly, but they were just off."
"They have good pizza, but they are much smaller than stated on the menu. Feels like a rip off if you aren't getting what you pay for. Customer service wasn't great and management non-responsive. Im looking for other options. These are 1st world problem, but I’ll take my money elsewhere nonetheless."

"It was great! Had salad and pizza and staff was so friendly. Food was served quickly also. We were able to eat outside and it was a clean and tidy area."
