"Finally, after 45 minutes, our meals began to arrive, but only after I inquired about their status. The server mentioned that they had many to-go orders, which left us frustrated since we were seated and waiting. The food was served in shifts, arriving in 5 to 10-minute intervals. On a positive note, the food itself was good, but the service left much to be desired. It seems we'll be heading to Clairmont next time."

"on a Saturday night they seemed overwhelmed to honor the reservations and keep the table distance. server were confused where to deliver meal times. steak was overgrown. had no short ribs left to order, and filet medaillen special was just fair. they would not replace kartoffels with fingertips. he said it was hidden. no good answer for a high-end steakhouse. the waiter was pretty good, but the narrow distance and the loud space made it difficult to conduct a conversation."

"old school. the time design at this place is real people. 100 years old restaurants are as rare as 100 years old people! I mean, man, the average age for a restaurant in the usa is under 10 years. but this place is not a trick pony, eating is great and the service also rocks their socks. we sit in the front dining room and back. front is a little quieter back is more alive. "They have a very extensive menu here. They have different specials for each and every day of the week. On days when football games are on or even other sporting events, and holidays they always have a different special for each event. Just stop in or call and ask what other deals they have that aren't on the menu. When football games or other big games are taking place be prepared to have to wait a lot longer for delivery as they get very busy at those times. I always ask the time difference to just run and pick it up myself. If your order ever gets messed up, which happens sometimes when they get busy, just call them and they will make whatever it is that you're missing or is wrong and send it to you, or they'll give you credit for the next time you order. The food overall is good, and the value is fair. Everyone has a favorite place for pizza, cheese steaks, and whatever else. This place isn't going to win an award for pizza or cheese steaks, but it's great for the extensive menu that everyone in your family will find something they will enjoy."

We wouldn't have minded waiting, but decided to leave because of stale, fishy odor in restaurant. Odor gives impression the restaurant is not clean. "If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered a small Stromboli n fries took them a hour to deliver to my house which is 13 minutes from the store. My food was completely cold. They refused to refund my money to the card I paid for it with. Refused to send me a refund with the delivery driver. The young girl on the phone told me they aren't allowed to refund over the phone nor allowed to refund to l there the delivery driver and I had to wait until a magnet came in sometime tomorrow for a refund.. needless to say I got my money back today!! I had to actually go into the store for my refund.. but I truly suggest not to do business here. So rude n nonprofessional to the fullest."

"You have the US RAW CHICKEN! Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. My hamburger came with blood that soaked the rolls and pommes (see my plate above in the picture). I was adult, but I tried to eat some bites, there's a $21 burger. I decided I was done when my daughter mentioned in the law that her chicken was raw. RAW!!! My 9-year-old son had also ordered the chicken and ended a whole chicken tender before we notice that his was raw, too. The manager then refunded the chicken and burger 50% of the rest of our meal. I feel honest as if she had refunded the whole meal, as we all lost our appetites. The manager said the cook was new. GREAT, glad he cooked my food. I think that is unacceptable. I'll never go back!"

"I’ve waited a long time to finally write my review of this place. The first time I came, they forgot about me and I ended up getting my food later than hoped for. But I gave the spot another chance and the several times I’ve been by after, service has been great. Attentive servers, minimal wait time for a meal considering it’s a sit down diner. Prices are not bad taking in mind it’s TriBeCa. I’ve paid $16 for a depressing sandwich at nearby hipster places, so lunch specials from $9-12 is reasonable. I awarded 4 stars, up from the original 3, because the place is nice, quiet inside among a bustling part of the city, plenty of seating- and my server is kind and warm and simply the best. The food isn’t amazing, but it’s pretty good. So far my favorite is the spicy buffalo sandwich. Also, the coffee never disappoints."
