"I asked for a discount due to the mix-up, but was put on hold with no updates. Eventually, the owner picked up the call. I explained that I didn’t want a cold pizza and didn’t feel it was reasonable to pay $25 for it. I requested that they cancel the charge on my credit card. To my surprise, he rudely hung up on me after shouting that I was upsetting him, despite the fact that the mistake was theirs.
I felt bad for the delivery driver, who seemed upset as well, recognizing how poorly the situation was handled. I would not recommend this business to anyone; their customer service and respect for their patrons are seriously lacking."
