"Excellent! I'm honest, Panda Chinese Kitchen doesn't look like that. However, it is clean, they deliver, and the quality of their food is unmatched in the wheeling area. My husband, who is the most picky man I know about Chinese food, absolutely loves her General Tso's Chicken and I am a great fan of Shrimp Lo Mein. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!"
