"After waiting over an hour and five minutes with no delivery or any contact, I decided to call and cancel my order. They refused to check on the delivery person and then just hung up on me, leaving me talking to myself. While I understand that delays can occur, their way of handling the situation was extremely disrespectful. Hanging up the phone and refusing to address the issue showed a complete lack of customer service. I truly regret every time I ordered from this place in my childhood."
