"I want to start out, by saying I’ve been coming here for years. The staff on the line are always friendly, professional as well as the servers. I took my elderly mother to eat there today for lunch. Got the fried pork chop (which was good) until I realized it alone was like 8.50. I got a salad which was so drowned in dressing I couldn’t eat it (they don’t offer chopped egg anymore, because they said the costs of eggs is too high) I think they need to reevaluate that, as they have come down. I got mashed potatoes, roll, tea, mine was like 18.50 or close to that. My mom got fried chicken which was so dry she couldn’t eat, they want nearly 6.00 just for that, green beans, macaroni salad, strawberry shortcake, tea and it ended up being a little over 33.00 before tip which made it 40.00 for lunch. I understand prices going up, but this is highway robbery for the food not to be as good as it normally is. Another couple next to us was complaining today about it as well."
