"I would rate this place as just ok based off my 1st visit. We got in early and was seated immediately which was great. However, our food did take a while to come out after we ordered. In their defense, the place was very busy. The pancake is huge but it was very underwhelming. I feel the same about the corned beef hash scramble. It could have used more seasoning and cheese. I would give it another try if I’m near one but not in a huge rush."

"I was so excited to try this restaurant. Was disappointed when we had to wait an hour for our food. Had plans to see a show which we were late to. My friend didn’t even get her food and another friend had a receipt stuck in her salad. Very disappointing."

"not too sure if I would recommend to a friend. I made a reservation and when I checked in with the hostess, I was told that we had to wait because they were short-circuited and were not in a position to clean the tables. the hostess was not very welcome at all. instead of cleaning the tables, she tasted for st. patricks day. we waited about 10 minutes before we sat right next to dirty tables. our waitress came over 7 minutes after sitting and told us that the delay through the kitchen was short. Our waitress seemed like she would rather be somewhere different than waiting tables. it was sufficient, but did not offer too much in the kind of hospitality. the food took about 27 minutes to get out and tasted good. we were already a few times in this restaurant and that was our worst experience."

"Went there to celebrate a friends bday for brunch. It was unseasonably hot that day and upon arrival I asked about the AC. The host said the AC was on but it couldn’t keep up with the doors that were up in front. I asked why don’t you shut the doors? No response. Well then put us in back. The heat was bad back there too As we sat there I noticed everyone around us was fanning themselves from the heat and many including everyone at my table was sweating. We went up to the vents and there was almost nothing coming out of them. If they are having problems on a hot day with the AC they should shut down until it’s resolved like other reputable restaurants would do."

"In June 2022, the food at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the Farmhouse Egg Scrambles and found that the potatoes were mushy, the biscuit was stale, and the eggs were just okay. I also ordered the Classic Buttermilk Flapjack, which was supposed to be a 16” pancake according to the staff, but it was only about 10 1/2” (see picture). The cost was about $1 per inch and tasted like any big chain pancake house. However, the entrance of the restaurant was pretty cool as they had autographed pictures of celebrities who had presumably visited."

"great eating, super large portions bring their appetit! friendly service and entertaining atmosphere without being too intense. Portions are big, but still taste great, not only big food without taste. my man said it was the best fried chicken he ever had. the avo on milk bread was super delicious. recommend the **** mary options. our service was also fab and fun."

"all was good that our waiter wasn't. he was not bad, but he was somehow not existent did nothing on himself. we had to ask for everything and then, even if we asked, we didn't get it he forgets that I had to go to the kitchen myself to get creamier because we couldn't get anyone to bring it, but eating was excellent. the rest of the staff was wonderful. the atmosphere was great."

"Took awhile for our food to arrive but it was Father's Day and our server warned us in advance. While being very friendly our server was less than attentive. While waiting 45 maybe more our server managed to serve us one glass of water and a mimosa without offering a refill on either. When our food arrived the chicken Waffle was burnt. Very disappointed in my first visit to Hash House. Based on this visit would not recommend."
