"I had a disappointing experience with customer service in the produce section. I asked a tall, large clerk for a better selection of green bell peppers from the back because the ones on display weren't fresh. I was preparing a special dinner for Father's Day, and he refused to fetch more, claiming they were the same quality as the ones on display. Instead, he suggested I take red or yellow peppers, but that wasn't what I wanted. Ultimately, I had to go to Nob Hill not only for my bell peppers but to complete my entire shopping list. Shame on Safeway!"
