"I mobile ordered from this location and arrived about 4 mins after it was supposed to be ready. I don't normally think it's fair to rate a place based on mobile orders but this time it was quite frustrating. I ordered a quesadilla which is available via mobile order. When went in the girl at the counter has to go look up the order because it had not been made. When I received my food it wasn't very warm, super salty and greasy. I've been a fan of chipotle for years and this didn't location doesn't make the cut."

"The restaurant has a lovely and clean atmosphere, with a friendly staff that is very helpful with recommendations and provides quick service. There are no long wait times, which is great. I really liked the cauliflower rice option—it’s fantastic! We ordered a bowl and a burrito, but I was disappointed that my steak was served cold. That was a bit of a letdown."

"I came to this same chipotle last year and was charged for every single things that used to be included otherwise, quantity was so little and as we sat down to eat few of employees friends showed up and oh boy you should have seen their bowls. Loaded up oneverything it almost made me believe they give customers less quantity and charge them but when friends show up no charge andloaded up food is ready for them. And here we are today, we ordered kids tacos and apparently was not told that cheese I havebuy extra. Despite my disappointment they had no concept of customer service. It is not about money it is about the bad customerservice and entitlement of screwing customers. We all work hard we don?t have money that can be thrown Away and not get what wepay for. I have been to many chipotle locations this locations is exceptionally the badly operated location"

"Why don't ALL of the Chipotle's give extra cilantro when you ask? 2 stores said they can't give it. 1 of the 2 said there is a shortage!!!! SMH! "After I left, they completely messed up my order, giving me the wrong meat and everything. However, I decided to place another order through the app and got a quesadilla, which was delicious! It was served hot and ready to go. If you go to the left side of the restaurant, there's a shelf for online orders. Overall, I feel like this place can be hit or miss, but I definitely recommend ordering through the app, as I believe it's the best option."

"Wow your front staff “cashier” was very unprofessional today. She literally decided to walk away from the register right after my food was bagged and waiting for check out bc the online order counter was out of bags. I Politely waited but then I hear her in the back and decided to peak my head around the corner to find her standing with a bunch of bags in her hand talking with an employee who looked to be clocking out and going home. She walked right past her work space “front register” never once greeted me and said please give me a moment or anything. She stocked up the online counter with her bags then Immediately walked to the fork counter “exit door” to talk with the previous guest she checked out right before me. Mind you they spoke for about 5 mins on what was included in the kids meal…. I asked another associate if someone could please check me out as I been waiting now another 5 mins for her to come back to her register. They told me no, so I simply walked out. This place is hiring anybody. Horrible service! This isn’t the first time either. Please go to another chipotle if you are craving. The one near Ford city or 87th Harlem has wonder customer service and fresh foood! Chipotle of oak lawn is HORRIBLE."
