"This was one of my worst dinning experiences of my professional outings. I have dined at Cinghiale multiple times over the past months. They should know me. However, the Manager hostess was rude from the beginning. She was dismissive and completely caught up with flirting with another Manager. All night she choose to stay close to the front station, close to her colleague. The food was not only late min by my clock). The food was not that good. I had the Chicken, it was dry and chewy. End of the night, after sharing feedback with the lead waiter, the Manager comes to the table to present the bill. She said she timed the order and it was only min for our food prep. No sorry for delay no apology. Just an argument. And then she proceeds to go have dinner with her boyfriend colleague at the bar. And their relationship becomes quite obvious to everyone in the Restuarant. Not appropriate behavior. I wouldnât recommend Cinghiale to anyone."
