"my evening last night was one of the worst experiences I had in one. apparently, right in front of our table of 9 all barkeepers sat up. our drinks lasted 50 minutes to arrive. when they did, the waitress had a cocktail, a false beer, a false wee (a red wine was ordered and a white wine came out) and lacked the rest. a gast 's bottle of beer took 90 minutes to come. sure, the people who worked the bar were rejoiced after the team was ended, but someone told us in front and at least apologetic, that would have been 've ok. then we have one of our two appetizers, the sampler. it tasted good, but it looked pretty institutional. the meerrot rindsalpine pieces looked like comminuted rest. at the 50-minute mark when I asked for a manager. the waitress was very sweet. the manager should have been over without having to ask because the lack of service was painful. she came by and had no idea who wanted to talk to her. I put our care to the test and she told us the story of the bar. she wasn't super apologetic, but she brought our second appetizer. the meal finally arrived. the woman next to me got her laughs almost raw. the birthday boy got the grilled seafood trio, that was cold. I got the crabcake. which in the round was a disassembled brunette in a sauce that had a coating over it, sitting out too long. I started with the heap salad, that was really pretty good. all in all, I want to be sensitive to personal lack. I understand it's hard. but what I don't have is a manager who can't handle the problems or handle them properly. while waiting for our controls, the manager also went over the dining room to chew for food from the kitchen. when we were gone, she said thank you for coming. but not said so sorry for all the problems, we hope they will be back."

"Open table did nothing for our reservation. I reserved early in the day, and had an email confirming that we would indeed have a table ready at 6pm in Buffalo wild wings. Well. That was not the case. We arrived at 6pm, the table of ten and was told we all had to wait ten minutes for our table to be set up. Not only did we wait for our table, but it took forever just to get drinks. I get it is busy there, but still. We all ordered food and that took forever. That was okay, but it two out of the party of ten got their food before others, so we all had to sit and watch them eat. The whole situation took about thrzz hours, when most restaurants people are in and out in an hour and a half."

"My family and I came on Monday, 16th. May here. This was our first time in this place. It was a weekday, so it wasn't busy. We weren't greeted when I just saw that maybe three people work here. After we noticed we were sitting fast. Our server Valeria was wonderful! I think she was the only one that worked the tables, and she did a great job on it. Very attentive, friendly, professional and has a sense of humor. It was a pleasure to have them as a server. It makes you welcome and comfortable. The food was great not to mention. I knocked a star for missing servers. Apart from that, it was a good experience."

"we want to eat at the buffalo wild wings for my friends sister birthday. When we arrived there, there was a 45-60 minute waiting when we left at 7:00. we put our name on the text waiting list. they never wrote us back when our table was finished. we went 90 minutes later at exactly 8:30 a.m. they said they have to stop accepting customers. they had more than they kept the table empty. they just want to show us and say that we eat in any other restaurant. we spoke the manager and did not get a table for birthday. very, very annoyed about the service they provided. every time I go, there's always a problem, but that's the worst problem still. no wonder why I never go here and I will probably never go back after this experience."

"They do not honor opentable reservations on Tuesdays and apparently also some other days. I was able to make an OpenTable reservation for Tuesday, and even a confirmation email, but if we went to the restaurant, we were told that they would not honor it because they “do not accept OpenTable reservations on Tuesdays.” Very frustrating. "Our table was served by waitress Nicole, who was not very accommodating. She refused to take our order for food along with our appetizers and charged me for an item that was never delivered to our table. However, she did remove it from the bill when I pointed it out. We had to ask for most of our items instead of them being offered to us. When I requested lemons for two glasses of water, she only brought one. Overall, it was a chaotic experience. Although the food was delicious, I would hesitate to dine there again if Nicole was our server."

"I will be trying to contact this Buffalo Wild Wings as well. But they apparently do not take reservations. I have photos from the website that clearly say that they do and a link on their site that brings you to open table to make a reservation. I made the reservation because I was going on the day of the Michigan/MSU football game. I knew the bar would be busy and thought the reservation would be helpful to make sure my friend and I had a place to watch the game. I showed up on time and showed my reservation confirmation to the hostesses. They said “we don’t take any reservations.” Which is fine but they didn’t seem to care even after showing them the photos of their website. They said, “well we don’t have any tables, but you could try to find some seats at the bar.” I hope they care enough to fix this problem so other people don’t make the same mistake. Please contact me if you would like to see the photos. Mine won’t upload to the site."
