"We made a reservation on Opentable for Thanksgiving day for 4PM. We arrived at 3:45 PM and stood in line to get seated. When I told the hostess my name, she said that she could not seat us because they only had room for 2 more groups. We were forced to wait another hour to be seated. The hostess wasn't even apologetic about the situation. It was like the Seinfeld episode with the rental car- I wrote an email to the General Manager Mr. Bullock but have not received any response. That is sad!"

"We had the honor of hosting our 5-Year Anniversary party at Southern Cross Kitchen this month. For starters, everything was perfect! Kevin Markee made sure to accommodate for everything that we had envisioned for the night. We were first greeted by the wonderful hostess’s downstairs and directed to head upstairs. Upstairs was decorated beautifully and was the perfect size to host our party of about 50 people. The food was amazing, and staff constantly made sure to refill trays when they were getting low. The bartenders were very friendly and quick. We were even offered live music by soloist, Alex, who was amazing and really set the ambiance in the room. It was truly an awesome night, and we are very happy that we were able to support a fellow Woman Owned Business while celebrating our 5-Year Anniversary, we can’t wait to visit again in the future! "Made reservations for an early Valentine's day dinner, turns out the restaurant is only open for breakfast. I drive by the hotel several times a week and see a huge banner out front which states that the restaurant is open. Just an awful experience. Open table should not offer dinner or lunch reservations and Forrestal Grille Princeton should take down their sign."

"Well we pretty much chose the Crowne Plaza Times Square to stay at during our honeymoon march 2020 because of the bar. We wanted a nice bar that we could hang out at when we weren't out wandering. Broadway 49 didnt disappoint. Excellent ambiance, delicious drinks and amazing food! Especially that Tuscan flatbread."

"I was very disappointed with my experience. The picture on OpenTable did not accurately reflect the current condition of this place. I chose it for its close proximity to the theater where we were attending a play, but that turned out to be a big mistake. The food was mediocre, to say the least, and the restroom was dirty. There was also no ambience to speak of."

"Grotto was so great!!!!! We had Jordan as our waiter. He was awesome. We actually had a table for 4 and then my Mom and Dad wanted to join us and it worked out just fine with a 4 Top. We got the Calamari and Caprese Salad and both were super fresh. Portions were very nice. Then my parents got the PAPPARDELLE ALLA CAMPAGNOLA to split and my son got this as well. It was delicious and the portions were plenty. My daughter and I split the Margherita Pizza thin crust. It was perfect for two of us and quite tasty. Don’t forget to let them bring you buttered bread!!!!!! That was the best part. We got glasses of wine and a Peroni. Jordan was so nice and patient and has a great personality. He’s a keeper! The food was very good. We are from Houston and will be back!"

"Did a grubhub order and the biggest part to my order was missing! When I call to speak to a manager (David) he really didn't care and tried to blame Grubhub as they “check all their orders.“Really disappointed. I understand they can't deliver the new order however he could have done a little more to make the customer feel heard and resolve the issue."
