"Met a friend here to catch up. I just had lunch so I got a mango green tea with boba. My friend got a slush and also added some popcorn chicken too. I got my drink fairly quickly. I barely paid and sat down when I got to pick up my drink. My friends drink, however took like 5-7 minutes and she ordered right after me. Then the popcorn chicken probably took like 20 minutes or so to come out. There were plenty of people who also ordered food after us that were waiting awhile and asked about it multiple times I get they probably have to make the chicken and other foods. to order so that it's hot and fresh but maybe give a heads up when you order it that it'll be a minute, so people aren't as impatient. My drink was standard and delicious. I only had one or two of the chicken and it was great tasting. You just need to be prepared to wait. Not sure if they're understaffed. But I really only saw one person in the front, making the drinks and taking orders. Probably only one person in the back making the food. In a shopping plaza, so parking was easy"
