"Had a table with three of us. Two of the steaks had to be sent back because they were over cooked. Many steak was cooked right, but it did not taste as good as it should have. The desert my daughter ordered, bananas foster, was not available due to a malfunctioning table side cart. No manager ever came by to see how dinner was going, nor to speak about the poor quality of the first round of food. They do this at Applebee's! Freddy, our server, was great. We never should have drifted from LGs. We need some of that to right the Palm Springs steakhouse experience."
