"I had really wanted to try his place for a while, so I went in with high expectations. The pizza was ok. The customer service however was horrible. I told the cashier that I had been charged 3 times for my order, and showed her on my phone. I asked totalk to a manager, he never came and spoke to me, I was told the charges would be refunded automatically over night. I went 2days later and asked again to speak to the manager, he did not come out despite being there, I was told wait a few more days now3-5 business days. I waited 35 minutes in a empty store, listening to them argue in the back,to be told to leave. I came back aweek later, my bank told me this is an issue that must be resolved here, I asked again for the manager who again did not comeout, I was finally issued a refund, I said this looks like I was only refunded once and they said no, it's for all 3 times, ithowever was not. I still haven't been able to speak to management over almost 2 weeks later, and I still haven't received therefund!"
