"We had a couple of issues during our dinner. Firstly, the heating in the dining area for parties of 5 or more was way too warm and they didn’t have the ability to adjust the temperature. Next, we ordered the relish burger without bacon since we don’t eat pork, but of course it came out to us with bacon on it. They offered to make another one without bacon for us so had to accept as we were very hungry. It came out finally correct after another 20 minutes while the others already finished their meals. In the end, paid for a $100 meal with a couple drinks and although they apologized, they never offered any compensation for the mishaps…"
