"Food is good. However, two years in a row I pre-ordered food a month in advance for Thanksgiving only to be told they didn't have one of my side items when we arrive to pick up our food. This is frustrating as I ordered well ahead and did not plan to have to get something else. Also, my husband got home and did not have the rolls we paid $10 for. Good thing I bought back up rolls."

"pink is an excellent host and this franchise location is perfectly clean. parking is satisfactory and disabled parking is good. Note: that this place survives covid, which is much to say it was only opened a year ago the announcement of covid. I believe that the fact that they take their things for the people to go home was their high point of keeping this business open. the identification of this place as eating at place but is not accurate. there are some menu options to order and the prices are quite steep for what is on the menu. I questioned their catering freezers, yes they have freezes full of home meals; but these items are not tasted on the regular menu for them. For example, if they buy a family mac cheese to take home, they might want to cost it in the restaurant to make sure they commit to the high price they will pay. this option is not available. I therefore give this special franchise location three stars. 2/25/2022"

"The Tavern Club is so yummy, literally the perfect sandwich. The smokey ham turkey are perfect together. They didn apos;t have the potato salad, so I substituted with the broccoli salad, honestly so glad I did because it is really delicious."

"They have the best ham! Our family asks for this ham by name…and wants it brought to each of our family picnics, deck parties, and gatherings! Hands-down…they have the best spiral cut ham we've ever tried. Plus, they have very tasty turkey and delicious side items as well. We love stopping by to pickup delicious sandwiches…to take along on all our road trips! Yum!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Ham Classic Sandwich at this restaurant! The ingredients were incredibly fresh and tasty. I appreciated that they honored my request to omit the mayo. While they were out of the Broccoli Bacon Bliss, they promptly arranged for DoorDash to contact me and offer a delicious substitute of potato salad. My overall experience ordering from here was great."

"I've know about Honey Baked Hams for a LONG time. However, I recently discovered Honey Baked Hams served lunch. I have a local less than mile from my House so, today I ordered lunch from this location. I got the smoked turkey sandwich with the broccoli bacon salad. OMG! WHY DIDN'T I TRY THIS EARLIER!! This was probably one of the best carry out lunches I had!! I ordered online so, it was ready when I got there. I WILL be ordering lunch her again!!"

"I placed an early curbside pickup order for Thanksgiving at Honey Baked Ham and the customer service was excellent from beginning to end! Although I encountered a problem with ordering curbside online through the website, the manager quickly resolved the issue over the phone. When we arrived to collect our order, a staff member approached our vehicle, took our information, and we were on our way within 5 minutes despite it being a busy time. Great job!"

"I highly recommend trying the delicious old school club sandwich at this restaurant. It comes with honeybaked ham and turkey slices instead of regular deli meat, along with a dollop of Dukes Mayo that makes it a heavenly lunch. I also suggest ordering a side of their tasty potato salad, as it's a good recipe too."

"what a ham is that? it is baked with about 10% glaze on the top! I have been buying ham here for years and was always able to preview the ham I wish before buying. I was told that I couldn't foresee this year because of its COVID-19 No-Opening policy. I bought the ham, provided it was nice and glazed! I opened it this morning (dankegiving day) and they can see what I bought! what do they think, honey-baked customers? for me, it looks pathetic and the management should never have put it on the shelf for sale. I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but this expensive product doesn't live up to the standard I expect from honey baked ham!"

"In my opinion this is the best sandwich shop in the area. I’ve been coming for years and I can’t get enough. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and I really love the following: the smothered clucker, turkey bacon ranch, ham classic, turkey classic, the honeybaked and the bbq smoked stacker. There’s a different sandwich special each day. Additionally it’s a great environment to sit and relax while eating your food."
"Really good! The only complaint would be I ordered my sandwich on white bread and it came on wheat and the Double Cheddar Macaroni Cheese I have to cook which I may have overlooked when ordering. Everything was still really good tho"

"Ordered online, paid online, set a pick up time. Waited in line for an hour in the prepaid line while a whole group of people just walked in got waited on first. They need a better system if they’re going to charge heavy for their product. I’ll write another review if I ever get the ham eat it"

"I recently visited The Honey Baked Ham Store in N.E. Albuquerque for the first time and had a delicious experience. The staff was very friendly and the location was easy to find with ample parking available. The only potential issue is crossing busy traffic to get to the store. I was surprised by the variety of products available in such a small store, all of which looked very enticing. The prices were affordable and the quality of the products was excellent. The store takes customer-protective coronavirus precautions seriously, following local guidelines and mandates. It felt like a tour of The White House! Expect a wait during lunch hours. Make sure to check your receipt for a possible buy-one get-one offer by completing a customer survey."
