"We arrived at the Inner Harbor on Thursday night. The five of us travel to Little Italy. We had reservations which we made on OpenTable. After looking at the reviews on TripAdvisor, we chose La Tavola. We were quickly seated. Upon being seated, I noticed a sign on the table that said, if you are a teacher or someone of the Armed Forces, you would get 10% off your check. I am mediately showed our server my school ID and license. She made note of it. We enjoyed the food very much. The pastas were homemade. For an upgrade, they had gluten-free homemade pasta as well. When the check arrived, we noticed that the 10% was not off our check. It was off my meal. We brought the advertisement up to the management who immediately fixed our check. When we left, we realized the herbs used in our meals we’re grown outside the restaurant in large pots. There was everything from basil, rosemary, sage and thyme."
