"Frank's is located in downtown Salem, and definitely a pie that would make El Presidente proud. Everybody knows the rules, but you'll definitely want more than one bite. I've only had the pizza, so I can't speak for other menu items, but the pepperoni pizza is a delicious classic choice. They have great daily specials, friendly staff, and the downtown location is comfortable and quaint. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality pizza in the NRV."
