"Mike's Noodle House in Chinatown, Seattle is my favorite place to get quick and cheap congee and noodles. Consider this place like Vancouver's Congee noodle house but much smaller. My regular meal here would include an order of fish or perserved egg and pork congee , an order of wonton noodles and an order of tripe to share with friends. Yes, tripe, an order of boiled trip comes with cilantro, ginger, and boiled lettuce with a side of spicy soy sauce. This is the only place that I'd order and eat tripe at, mostly because they have great crunchy texture and that they don't taste funny. The wontons in wonton noodle soups are always delicious. The filling has very nice pork and full sized shrimps. You can order the noodle soups with 3 different noodle sizes. I like mine with thick noodles. This place never disappoints, especially when you have a hangover. If you are looking for a nice bowl of congee in Seattle, this is probably one the best places to go. [Show as slideshow] [Vie"
