"Glad I had a reservation but was amazed that they turned a lot of people away at the door unless they had a reservation. Many tables sat empty the entire hour that we were at Hard Rock. More business could maybe lower cost. $3.50 for a glass of tea was ridiculous. If I hadn’t been going to a concert I would not have eaten here but it wasn’t close and I could get my reservation for the time I wanted."

"Restaurant was closed due to water sewage break in city. Not hard rocks fault. This review is for open table and hard rock management. When these things happen, update open table asap to not take reservations! Then have guests show up and the doors are closed. No excuse for not doing this. You obviously took care of business and send your staff home and closed."

"We sat down to a almost empty restaurant, meaning it was not busy. We ordered drinks which took over 35 mins after me complaining to the manager that we hadn’t received our drinks. When we eventually got our drinks they were not right. We requested doubles that were clearly not. This was the worst Hard Rock restaurant experience we have had. We have been to Hard Rock restaurants around the world with amazing experiences. I would not ever recommend visiting the Dallas Hard Rock restaurant ever."
