"We went to Strong Waters on a friend's recommendation. In the first night (Thursday I went with the beef tenderloin and my husband had the bacon mushroom Swiss burger. Everything was delicious!!! I also had a lavender field cocktail and it was amazing! I love lavender and it was perfect. My husband had the Smokin' Oldie and said that was really good and also (not to mention it was brilliant to see it prepared with the smoke!! We finished the evening with cream brulee, which is also well made and delicious. Everything was so brilliant that we made a reservation on Open Table for the next evening (Friday, and went with the Ribeye, Slider and Parm truffle friries. For drinks, I made another lavender field and a gin lap. I am not a gin person and spoke to our person about it and she made one of the other liqueurs to a heavier pouring and reduced the gin. It was so good and I appreciate her willingness to change her. My husband had the blood orange old-fashioned and gave him two thumbs. Food, drinks and service were fantastic, and we would definitely return!"
