"After making the reservation on Open Table, the restaurant said they don’t take reservations, so my party had to wait during lunch rush hour for a table. OpenTable should not allow me to make reservations for restaurants that do not use OpenTable...Duh! If I have to call the restaurant to confirm my open table reservation, I might as well not even use open table. Please fix."
