"We ordered from this restaurant online from work. It was a large order and we placed it on line. We picked up the order and found that there were items missing. After contacting the store we were told that they would not deliver the items (being at work we couldn't leave again) and if we wanted a refund we had to go through door dash because they process there online orders. After asking to speak with a manager we were left on hold for more than 10 min. There is no way to contact the company except to call and no directions or warnings that your order is going through door dash making it virtually impossible to get your money back. Absolutely will never eat here again."
