"excellent food and service! there before the rolling stones concert and the staff ensured that we were on time. great place and we will be back! rick the owner is a wonderful guy, I left my credit card mistakenly and couldn't get back because he was at the concert, rick was friendly enough to drop it in my hotel when I was gone the next day early!"

"I’ve been to Mordecai in the past and loved it. However for Valentine’s Day, it was different. I got a call in the morning saying we could only be at our table for 1.5 hours because the restaurant was going to have a private event. I thought that time frame was fine considering our reservation was at 7. We we’re pressured to order everything at once to get us out quicker, yet it took 55 minutes just for our appetizer to come out. The another 45 minutes for our main courses. Obviously we were at our table longer than 1.5 hours and no private party came in? Strange. They did give us dessert on the house for the delays. People came in after us and were leaving before us."
