"Being regulars over the years to Los Olivos, we have dined numerous times with our dogs on the patio of Nella Kitchen Bar (and previous businesses at this location . On 10/9/2023 we were turned away and told that as of 2 months ago they instituted a no pets policy unless they are service dogs. So in a town where almost every business is dog friendly, they have chosen to shun pet owners. We crossed the street to Los Olivos Wine Merchant Cafe and had a fantastic dinner with our two small well-behaved dogs on the patio. We also splurged on a $100+ bottle of wine. (Sorry, Nella! I also highly recommend Ellie's in Santa Ynez where we always get amazing service and outstanding food...with our dogs on the patio. If you have beloved four-legged family members who go everywhere with you, don't bother with Nella. They don't want you as a customer or your money."
