"first, eating is great, but my experience was this time terrible. I got a dirty mug and I didn't notice I drank some of it. I notice that there were in my mug crust/sturpen stains that I could scrape with my straw into my water. I called the manager and addressed the problem with him and he turned the situation into a argument. then he blamed me not to realize that “the tassen are old”. He literally said “Every restaurant has old cups” in his defense, that does not mean that it must also be dirty. I personally think that if they are not able to see that a cup is dirty, then they should not run a restaurant. What else is dirty?"
