"Best bagel I ever had in CA. The dough is always the problem. I've heard it's because of the water. Minerals in the water or something like that. It was sooo good. I'm from Jersey and very hard to find a good bagel on the West coast. My only recommendation... make some regular scallion cream cheese! Why only Vegan scallion? Didn't get it but sounds gross Super nice staff too."
