"Would have given 5 stars in past. Travel to HH multiple times a year and this was always a place we’d visit. Today, we ordered at 12. The person taking order had to repeat order 3 times. Fine. Said 15 minutes. Arrived and order was wrong. Asked how long it would take to add the forgotten items. 5 minutes. Waited another 25. Told them half way to cancel bc we had to get back for our son to join a class call. They wouldn’t “couldn’t” cancel. Asked for some partial refund or anything bc it was issue after issue. Ultimately, the owner was right there and didn’t seem to care. Want to quibble over $20 when we spend $300+ a week with you each time we’re here? No problem, go ahead and be a foolish business owner but we will never return. Food isn’t what it used to be anyway and hopefully more Asian options will become available in time. As business owners, I’d be embarrassed if my team promised something and failed spectacularly. And you can be darn sure I’d make it right. Update: They forgot rice for the rice dishes, and the photo shows how much broth they gave for the ramen. Pathetic. They must be struggling and it’s no wonder. That’s what happens when you don’t take care of your customers and try to take shortcuts and be cheap."
