"We were left alone for min. after receiving our menus while the table down from us got waited on times for the same waiter, who never turned his attention toward us. Also, that that time, we tried to politely get the waiter's attention, but he was wrapped up in casual conversations with other workers the place was only full that night. The food was ok, but the Cubano and the salsa was pretty bland. Don't think we'd go back"

"This was the second time here for me and my wife, but we had another girlfriend with us this time, I got the same as last time, the AMAZING BURGER!!! it was even better than I remembered that it was to be, this time my wife got the meat leaf and finished the whole (not normal for her) I looked great and she loved it! Our friend has some kind of fish tacos she loved! Definitely a fantastic hidden gem when you are in town or in a place!"

"there are 2 nights as we had the food package. the food was good, but the service was missing. we waited a long time for drinks in the bar area and I asked for coffee with dessert and never got it. the second night did not eat in the bar area and had the tomatenbisque, which was delicious, but very filled, so asked to bring a container home. I asked 3 times and all three times was said that it would come, but never. also ordered coffee with dessert and it never came again. no coffee and no container before we're gone. the food was good, but the service was missing."

"usually I love brunetti, but they were on my last visit from the game. kale salat and arancini were delicious (as usual), but the pizzas were blande that was not usual. it was also quite insulting that when buying a very beautiful bottle wein that it was brought to the table was already opened. the food value is good and I still recommend it; the wine list prices are not good values. there seems to markup higher than most and higher than justified."

"Great to stop. We managed to get a table without a reservation and it was even still happy hour. The appetizers were so delightful, we didn't order a dinner. "I highly recommend Sacred Pi. The food is excellent and the drink options are delicious as well. The only hiccup we encountered was with our reservation through OpenTable - it wasn't showing up, but the restaurant was able to accommodate us anyway. My suggestion is if you book reservations through OpenTable, call the restaurant directly to confirm that they have received your reservation."

"Awful service. Food was pretty good however the meal that I ordered was a pasta dish I was unfamiliar with. I asked the server and she said it was a spicy sauce. I asked if it had meat (I just wasn 't in the mood for meat) and she said no meat. Got the $15 dish only to find little pieces of cured meat cut up in the sauce. The server apologized however the only compensation I got was a comped gelato (whooping $3.50 dessert)... not to mention this restaurant has done away with optional tips and now has a 20% service fee included. We had to ASK for water refills several times. I would have pushed for more compensation or asked for another meal but I was dining with my family including my over tired almost 3 year old so was not in the mood to deal with that at the same time. Overall not a great experience and WAY overpriced for what we got including the service which was not worth 20%."

"Came in on Friday night at 5:30 to grab a drink and some food before seeing a movie with a friend. Great customer service, seated right away. They explained that they had recently changed to a no tip policy, but have an automatic 20% service fee added. I think this is great as it a) speeds up paying your bill, and b) if your experience isn 't 20% worthy then let them know! Fast friendly service. Delicious pizza and wine. I 'll be back for sure!"

The beans and rice were dry and lacked flavor, and the oxtail was small, tough, and dry. The highlight of the meal was the chicken and waffle dish. We were taken aback by the automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill for a party of two. It would have been better if this policy had been communicated to us before we received our bill."

"Overall a great dinner, but with all the servers that serve all tables (not dedicated) we were asked several times the same questions. We appreciate that they touched the table very much, but almost too much as the servers did not seem to communicate what happened and what was entered for our table. Only a proposal for staff to work on increased communication, or to check the terminals to see what was entered before touching the table. Thank you."
