"Went to Bar Pilar yesterday with my friend Genelle Balan. We are both trained chefs and we were both floored by the food. Drinks were great and expertly mixed the rum slushie was a treat. We started with sweet breads, which were perfect, and breaded artichoke leaves something we had never tried before. The main courses were a beautiful Rockfish filet with fennel and a Sichuan style roasted pork shank. Truly remarkable."
