"I made a reservation for a team dinner with 8 people on the evening of July 9th. We all arrived at the restaurant at 7:30pm, as scheduled, only to find that it was closed with a small note on the door stating that there was a maintenance issue. Our reservation had been confirmed in advance, so the restaurant had our email and phone number. A courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated, as some of us had traveled from different locations and even taken an Uber to get there. It was a very disappointing experience."
