"Over CHARGING CUSTOMERS! So I work next to a DQ and every 2 weeks I treat myself and I get the same thing every time. When the young lady said my total, I thought it was high. When I got up to the window and I asked her why it was so much, she got a hugeattitude and read back my order and asked if I wanted a receipt. Of course, I said yes. Right after she gave me my change andreceipt, she hurried with my food. As I drove away I glanced down and saw I was individually charge rather than an meal like Irequested with substitute items like cheese curds and a blizzard. I went back to the drive thru and asked what is the charge forsubstituting a blizzard and she said they are rang up separately. I said thanks and drive off. Now this over charge of $3.00 isper person and it got me thinking about all the other times I've been over charged when I've taken my family of 6 there over thepast 16 years. I went on the DQ app and placed the exact same order and it was $3.00 less. Sadly, we won't be eating hereanymore and now when I hear people in our small town talk about how DQ has been I've over charging, I can pull up my pictures toconfirm it. I'm posting my pictures of my receipt along with how I order on the DQ app. Clearly it shows that a blizzard CAN besubstituted for a drink for a small charge."
