"The prices for 99% of the menu items end with a "9". The price for all the draft beers ends with a "9" except Bud and Coors which end with a "0". Why is this important, you ask? It's not. I'm just a obsessive compulsive guy who notices those things. I ordered the keep it simple burger which was served with generous crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and crunchy purple Onion. The taste of the burger wasn't obliterated with excessive salt or seasoning. I am convinced many burger chains use salt as a preservative and bacteria killer. The iced tea tasted freshly brewed. I saw a tempting milk shake infused with Bailey's I will sample when my grandsons aren't with me. The burgers are pricier than most places but the quality and size are offsets. You may even want to share. Kim is a great server."

"The strawberry virgin daiquiri was awful. It did not taste any strawberries and it was very bitter. The fries were good with extra salt and pepper and the burger was good as well I forgot what the burger was called but Ik it had bacon on it and something sweet/spicy. I added mushrooms to the burger and they were so salty. The cheese sticks taste weird though when I took them home seasoned them and popped them in the air fryer it taste better. The waitress could’ve been better with checking on us. She kept walking by and when I tried to get her attention she continue to ignore me and didn’t ask us for a refill until I asked for my to go box. My boyfriend didn’t like his drinks(alcohol) they were bland and all you could taste was soda in both of them. He ordered different ones. He liked his burger as well(we had the same) but he had onion rings. He liked his cheese sticks also but dreaded the boneless chicken and potato chips. His potato chips were burnt as hell and the bbq sauce on the chicken was disgusting. Wish I would’ve took a picture of his food. Haven’t been here in years and I don’t think I’ll be back in a while."

I now begin with the explanation of the waitress or waitress that we have a meal that contains the fries and ask them if they can start us with a few bowls while we wait. this puts the curly or tired children, so that the parents enjoy the meal better. so thank you red robin. we have been going to her restaurant for years to celebrate birthday dinners and other parties. "Tried it for the first time and found it to be good. I found the endless sides (fries) to be a great deal if you can eat the first batch they give you first. Portions are enough. The staff was friendly and pretty quick. If you like burgers it's good, looks like they offer pizza, chicken sandwiches, and other items as well. We had a burger and chicken sandwich, regular fries and garlic fries. All was good. The only thing that was not good was the bartender's take on the old fashioned drink. "I'm so sorry to write this review. Typically, I like to write about positive experiences. We just left Lancaster Ave. This was our first time in this place. It was a terrible experience. The restaurant was empty when we got in, it was at 4:00 on Tuesday. Our server was Kat or Cat, I don't know how she writes it. At first everything was good. We ordered boneless wings, two children's dishes and two adult ducks. The server asked if we wanted the wings first. We have responded that everything that comes first is all right and that it didn't matter. Fifteen minutes later we got the boneless wings, which is not the worst of the world. From there it took 30 minutes for two burgers and two children's meals. But here's the thing. I sat there with a perfect view of the dining window. I could see our plates under the heat lamp. In the meantime, the staff goes everywhere and doesn't do anything. One was on his phone in the dining room. It seemed obvious that everything was going around him. My server? I could see her eat in the kitchen. If these burgers are fresh, there is no logical reason. What I haven't mentioned before, I've been in the restaurant business for over twenty years. I worked in the kitchen, I did prep, I served, neat bar and currently manage. The manager in me wanted to jump up and help them get the place in the line. I understand the staff and stuff. In my opinion, there are no bad employees, only bad management. Icing on the cake was when I mentioned that we would never come out on the way. There was no question, no concern or increased eyebrow. That's sad. Corporate has to come in and whistle this place into a kind of form. I wish I'd write something nicer, but it's what it is. Use it to your advantage to make some changes."

"I always give five stars because I don't want to lower a score for a local business.... took one hour to be seated... ok no problem.. "Well... we called in our order.. ordered extra campfire sauce.. extra fries.. and custom ordered burger. The nice girl came out and read the order back to us and was correct. Arriving home. "Service has gone way down and leaves a lot to be desired. 1/2 hour wait and then our group was ignored another 15 minutes. They messed up our drinks and then brought my salad without any dressing and took another 5 minutes to get another server back to the table. They didn't clear the table of empty glasses and the appetizer tray. Some of the poor service could be overlooked, but they've increased their prices quite a bit and for that kind of money I would expect better service. Our bill was almost $80 for three burgers and drinks and one appetizer. $25 each for burgers and fries is pretty outrageous."

"Very good food and service! Once we got there, Trey set us right away. Laney was the waitress. She bought our drinks and took our order in no time. The food was wonderful! Extrakudos to Laney for us everything we needed with a smile. The courtesy and professionalism shown in this place was second to none. Trey even cooked my food! "Believe me, I love a good burger and they're above average here. However, when we visited, the service was very slow and the underdeveloped pommes are only attractive when they can come to your table before you are finished with your meal. One of the other reviewers was a small part with the comment on the first round of the Fritten. The Royal Red Robin with an egg and bacon is always my goal. I also like that they have bottomless steakries and bottomless salad as a healthier option. My burger still had the Mayo when I asked it to be omitted. Coca-Cola is garbage and they add too much ice to their drinks. The prices are fairly fair. The bar was nicer when I remember and they have space for wheelchair / carryout."

"Last night to eat with the family. there were five of us. the hostess greets us and says I find one table for them. then she was and the other hostess, one was older and one was younger, both of them went past us two times after the first greeting. they then meet at the Hostess station after we stood there for 8 minutes for them to say the wait for a table will be 45-60 minutes. I'm sorry, no hard feelings and then went on to talk to the next people in the line that had two people. I had to tell her that she was hanged, put me on the waiting list and her answer was, but that was waiting an hour, they really want to wait an hour, I'm not sure who trains these people, obviously who is responsible here, don't know how to run a restaurant or have people trained in simple customer service. I will not be back to this place. a very good staff."

The host kept checking on my order, and it actually ended up being remade so that everything was fresh. I received some gift cards for the wait. So in short, the customer service is great even when everyone is frustrated with technology. The food is yummy! I got a salad, the lettuce is crispy and the chicken is well seasoned. "Brutally honest review: I really enjoyed the food, but the service has been lacking at several locations. At times, the staff disappears for half an hour (I understand they need breaks, but someone should be there to cover for them).
