"Terrible customer service. My bf and I have gotten a few pizzas here over the past year. The pizzas are pretty tasty but the service has been terrible many times. Today was bad enough that it pushed me to this review finally. After waiting for the pizza to be made, it came out with quite a few toppings we specifically asked them to hold. No one apologized in the slightest for the inconvenience of having to wait around for another 20 minutes; and when the second pizza came out still looking not quite right, the woman on shift gave us a sarcastic attitude while explaining it was indeed the correct order. Even if it had been correct finally, which it still wasn’t, that’s not how you treat customers. We drive 45 minutes to pick up pizza from this place, but after the completely unprofessional CS today and lack of attention to basic order details, we won’t be giving them our business anymore. A simple genuine apology for lack of attention to detail would have prevented this outcome."
