"I have had multiple bad experiences with this location since the new owners took it over. I have went back to give it a try and it's always the same. Today I specifically asked for a bagel that was fresh and warm. He said. Oh yes they are all warm. I grabbed what I ordered after I waited for the manager/owner to ring me up since he doesn't trust anyone else to use the cashregister and left. Guess who's bagel was tough and ice cold? The last time I was there I watched them not use gloves andsniff the food to see if it was still good enough to put out. Don't waste your money. Go down the street."

"Friendly staffing from the time I walked in the door. I went there for muffins and they were fresh and delicious. One of my biggest requirements is excellent customer service and they passed with flying colors especially since I am a minority and the current climate in which we are in. If I could have giving ten stars I would have. Thank you, you guys are awesome"

"Yes it’s a $13 sandwich and it’s absolutely worth it! My family and I went to PV Deli for lunch on my birthday and I had the Royale. It was hands down the best sandwich I have ever had. It was as delicious as it looked. I wish I had a photo but I was too excited to eat it to stop and take one. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave my toddler some soft little cookies to snack on while we waited for our food. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu."
