"There was a note at the hostess station mentioning short staff. We always try to treat retail and restaurant employees with care, especially during the pandemic. Our food came quickly, our waitress was awesome, peppy, quick, hot not too much, always came to ask if we wanted refills. I can't remember her name, but she had a long ponytail and no bangs. "I eat here a lot. coming for WELL over 10+ years. Red Robin was my absolute favorite place! but it 's gone down hill in last 10 years, and if it weren 't for the rewards program and the FREE BIRTHDAY BURGER FREE SUNDEE . I would not come as often, or probably at all. or possibly, anymore. honestly the burgers have suffered post Covid. prices went up a lot, portions went down. worse, they got rid of a couple of my favorite burgers big buzz burger (had buzzard Mac-n-chees) Arctic cod, sad! the new chophouse burger is so yummy but crappy dull knife we are given, to cut it made it hard and super messy to eat. I still devoured it! the southern charm burger is easily my favorite burger. I miss the BOOZY BOURBON BACON SHAKE. it was Devine! I still dream about it. I noticed over the last 10 years consistently every single time! in fact! you do not get as good service sitting at the bar or even a table in bar area, as you do a table in dining room. so I suggest you wait for a table in dining area do not bother eating at the bar or in the bar area. because, food takes so much longer to arrive and servers take forever to come around and ask you if you want more fries or refills and the little devices on the tables should allow you you order your first drinks and to request more fries and drink water refills. because the servers just do not come around often enough. The bacon is sliced so thin it 's transparent and short. hardly worth paying an extra $3 for it. I still love Red Robin it has its hiccups and it 's problems but also it 's charm and burgers are still delicious the bottomless steak fries are top notch noone has better fries! don 't get the sweet potato fries they are always soggy Red Robin can 't seem to grasp the concept, that they are a different potato with much higher starch content and require soaking in water then two blanch frying sessions then a longer final fry before serving! because, they are never crispy. the steak fries can be reheated at home on broil! and they are just as good as leftovers! I always take some home! as lunch next day AND THE CAMPFIRE SAUCE , I COULD DRINK IT! THEY SHOULD MARKET IT AND BOTTLE IT SELLING AT GROCERY STORES CAUSE IT WOULD BE AMAZING ON SANDWICHES AND OTHER THINGS LIKE SUSHI ETC. . ok my most recent trip last week .. my free birthday burger new chophouse steak burger yummy! apparently my entire meal should have been free cause that day the lemonades were supposed to be free I got the purple popping lemonade it has prickly pear in it. so dang yummy. but it was lemonade day and advertised as free but I was charged. no biggie but $5 is $5 , lol. I had an issue with my credit card and. literally had to walk home and get the correct card just so I could tip my waitress she said not to worry about it, but I 'm not gonna stiff the poor girl her tip! she was nice enough to give me another lemonade as I was exhausted from walking home, then walking back w/ correct card to tip her. I was also in pain as I suffer chronic pain. 2 trips walking to and from restaurant was too much for me. lol. but she deserved a tip so it was worth it to me to walk home and bavk to get my card. but it would not have been necessary if I had not been charged for lemonade! as advertised I posted proof in pictures that that day was FREE LEMONADE DAY well, whatever! Will be returning cause 1 or two more meals and I get ANOTHER FREE BURGER. YUMMM! this review spans MORE THAN, 10 YEARS OF SERVICE Never get take out ! Food is sub par, (don 't know why) but it just is. Never as good as dine in! Weird and. Worse the Small amount of fries they give you is a sin! ., the bottom less fries cost is built into the cost of burger so when they give you a tiny handfull of fries it 's just plain wrong. They should give a box full of them so you feel treated right!"

"when we were there, we waited minutes to sit. I still don't understand why, because several groups of three people came in and they were sitting before us. but we said they had to wait until we could sit down. I wasn't really angry, I just waited. I thought it was because we had kids. Once we were able to sit, we were immediately greeted with our server and asked us what we wanted to drink. we have our drinks in a contemporary fashion, and then we were asked if we decided what we wanted, but we had not yet. the woman still came to a few minutes later, which left us a lot of time to look and order. the children got X-rays and good food. the price for everything is just perfect. they were short employees, but I would say that they got very short employees with us. we had to fly up our server to ask them for more drinks, but she was busy and again, was low staff so not complaining. our server was very nice and the people who brought our food had such a high personality I loved! They helped us with additional drinks, fry sauce, to-go container and a bag! so busy and short staff they were really good! I loved my eating and everything was hot and fresh and perfect!"

"Today we decided to stop by Red Robin right now. This was our first time we have ever protected a Red Robin and I can say that we were not disappointed! We started with The O-Ring Shorty and that was a few GOOD onion rings... nice crispy and golden on the outside and the onion does not slip off when it bites from inside. They get ranch and campfire sauce to immerse them and I will be honest that campfire sauce with the onion ring is a good combination! Now we go to our perfectly cooked burgers... I had the Sautéed 'Shroom it is a big burger and they put the perfect amount of mushrooms in it, each single bite had a piece of mushroom. The Swiss cheese was perfectly melted... I'll be honest, I think this burger needs a good aioli or dressing to get it on another lever. Apart from that, I really enjoyed the burger. My daughter had the Mad Love Burger... she liked her burger and enjoyed the sweetness of the bacon. My other daughter had the Royal Red Robin Burger. She really enjoyed it! We've never been to a place where she was calm and enjoy her food. Not here, from the beginning to the end they enjoyed every bite. It went perfectly with her garlic Parmesan Pommes... Let us not forget to mention that their pages are unlimited!!! Some have an additional fee, but it is worth what you get. Finally, I would like to talk about the service!!! I'm sad, I don't remember our server name as it was big! The system they should have with other restaurants. The servers responsible for the customers, while other employees bring food out. It is a good teamwork to make sure everyone is happy! I will definitely protect this place."

"The prices for 99% of the menu items end with a "9". The price for all the draft beers ends with a "9" except Bud and Coors which end with a "0". Why is this important, you ask? It's not. I'm just a obsessive compulsive guy who notices those things. I ordered the keep it simple burger which was served with generous crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and crunchy purple Onion. The taste of the burger wasn't obliterated with excessive salt or seasoning. I am convinced many burger chains use salt as a preservative and bacteria killer. The iced tea tasted freshly brewed. I saw a tempting milk shake infused with Bailey's I will sample when my grandsons aren't with me. The burgers are pricier than most places but the quality and size are offsets. You may even want to share. Kim is a great server."

"red robin has always been a visit to the restaurant for high quality food. I like that they have the never-ending bowls of fries. I now begin with the explanation of the waitress or waitress that we have a meal that contains the fries and ask them if they can start us with a few bowls while we wait. this puts the curly or tired children, so that the parents enjoy the meal better. so thank you red robin. we have been going to her restaurant for years to celebrate birthday dinners and other parties. "Service has gone way down and leaves a lot to be desired. 1/2 hour wait and then our group was ignored another 15 minutes. They messed up our drinks and then brought my salad without any dressing and took another 5 minutes to get another server back to the table. They didn't clear the table of empty glasses and the appetizer tray. Some of the poor service could be overlooked, but they've increased their prices quite a bit and for that kind of money I would expect better service. Our bill was almost $80 for three burgers and drinks and one appetizer. $25 each for burgers and fries is pretty outrageous."

"Very good food and service! Once we got there, Trey set us right away. Laney was the waitress. She bought our drinks and took our order in no time. The food was wonderful! Extrakudos to Laney for us everything we needed with a smile. The courtesy and professionalism shown in this place was second to none. Trey even cooked my food! Better work to cook the burger than I could ever do! We will definitely return to this place due to the performance of both of these people in this place. "After taking the team as REALTORS to the movies we voted for Red Robin. Upon entry we were seated immediately and our server was so nice! Our drinks came out quickly. The food was out FAST! The burger was juicy and I enjoyed seasoning my own fries using Red Robin's seasoning. Next, I knew the whole table was getting another round of their bottomless fries. Wow. "Believe me, I love a good burger and they're above average here. However, when we visited, the service was very slow and the underdeveloped pommes are only attractive when they can come to your table before you are finished with your meal. One of the other reviewers was a small part with the comment on the first round of the Fritten. The Royal Red Robin with an egg and bacon is always my goal. I also like that they have bottomless steakries and bottomless salad as a healthier option. My burger still had the Mayo when I asked it to be omitted. Coca-Cola is garbage and they add too much ice to their drinks. The prices are fairly fair. The bar was nicer when I remember and they have space for wheelchair / carryout."

"It seemed pretty busy for a Tuesday night. Our server was great, she was hard working and seemed to full fill all our requests. I know we weren't her only table. My Chicken Strips were good, my son's chicken wrap was good, and my daughter's mac and cheese was great, my wife's chicken wrap had to go back and cook some more. The waitress took care of that, never seen a manager, which isn't a big deal, but they usually come around and try to see if everything is now good. The fries were on point. "Brutally honest review: I really enjoyed the food, but the service has been lacking at several locations. At times, the staff disappears for half an hour (I understand they need breaks, but someone should be there to cover for them). "That was the worst experience of my family and I ever had it. We went in, just like they unlocked their doors. Mop buckets in the middle of the walkway, the floors and tables were still dirty from the night before. Unfortunately, the waitress was less than attentive. When the hostess visited another group (about 12:30) she tried to sit at a dirty table. The group complained and asked for a clean table on which the hostess lied and replied, did I not know we were straightened when we first opened?. My daughter had a confused salad in her cup.
