"My daughter brought me to dinner and we had an explosion. The waitress we had was the best. I've eaten twice at this place and I've never been disappointed. The food was fantastic. "Come on people! The service and food were great. I really hate to give a low rating but covid is real. Every customer must at least enter with a mask. What good are masks if almost every employee in the place is walking around with their mask not covering their nose! One employee came to the bar area it seemed to get an update on the game on TV and was standing inches from me...with his nose completely uncovered, a vented mask and whatever came out of his mouth had no chance of being trapped. UGH!!!!"

However, I wished they had grilled the pineapples to make them softer and sweeter instead of using regular pineapple rings. "We used to love Red Robin. Recently the service, cleanliness and quality of food has become so bad. Tonight a friend and I decided to try. At the beginning there was only one waitress who served the entire restaurant during dinner. This is really unfair for them and customers, as a person should have the responsibility that many people serve at once. So my assessment is not a reflection on their performance. My friend and I have ordered various burgers. She had the Mad Love and I had California Chicken. We both added our ranch and, after a bite, our burgers tasted like blue cheese. We thought the dressing was wrong, but it confirmed separately that it was Ranch. Then we thought they randomly used blue cheese instead of mayonnaise. Neither of us like blue cheese, but not thought it was harmful. We ate as much as we could, but couldn't stomach to finish the meal. The waitress was so busy that we didn't have to send them to new burgers. At this point my friend decided to try only the cheese and realized that this is what tasty. I tried mine and it was the same. Both burgers had provolone. When the waitress came back, we told her what we had found, and she apologized and said she was talking to a manager. Another long time passed and the manager came to talk to us and asked what was wrong. I explained the scenario and he said, Did you get the wrong cheese? And I said this cheese is bad!? And he said well, the cheese comes out of the package and there were no other problems.? He didn't try to smell the meal or check the cheese in the kitchen. And then? What should I do? Do you want me to remove this from your bill or you want new ones? It seems you've eaten the most? I just said it? do we no longer want food at this point? (we were there over an hour) he took the plates and said he would remove them from our bill. Now we removed the items, but the way he addressed us was as if he accused us of lying for free food. His tone was sarcastic and rude. He did not address the fact that we seemed to have only absorbed rotten food, and this would continue to happen if they did not throw this cheese away. I felt so bad and stopped. This manager had no respect for our health. Its approach and its customer service capabilities, where intimidating. This is really unacceptable to serve rotten food, and I am concerned about other customers who can also experience it."

"I've been here many times, but usually it's a lot more crowded. I guess because it was a Monday afternoon, there weren't many people there. I ordered a burger I hadn't tried what the Royal Red Robin Burger was, but in the impossible burger. I thought honestly, they screwed the burger about the way the egg looked, but it turned out I was stupid. I just looked at the menu and it does NOT come with an FRIED egg (at least not the way it is advertised). I feel so weird, but okay. Anyway, the burger was good even though I took it home and ate it later because I filled on frits in the restaurant. The people I went with were not fans of flavored iced tea (Peach and raspberry). They asked the waitress with whom it is flavoured and she said it was sugar cane. I didn't try, so I don't know what was the problem they had with it. There are also NO ZUCCHINI FRIES IN MUST MORE;"
