"We come here a lot, but one comment I have is the customer service could be better. For customers that come frequently, when they forgot 2 shrimp tempura rolls from our order, requiring me to drive all the way back to the store so my young daughters could have something to eat, all they offered in compensation for my inconvenience was edamame, soup, or the sides salad, all of which are free if you eat in the store. I would expect some more appreciation for customers that come frequently, especially when the error was their fault. Hoping for better customer service in the future."
